A reminder about how to develop development:
The starting point of development is always to build on the best stories and moments, where things worked out, and where the involved experienced a real difference.
Language is the spotlight we use to illuminate our world.
If we only use our words to formulate problems then problems are all what we see.
Problems are understood as expressions of frustrated dreams.
The point is that the dream came first. (Peter Senge)
The challenge is to develop the dream.
How does the dream look like?
How to develop the realization of the dream?
Recognition and appraisal has to be focused at
· Practices to be continued
· Practices which are recommendable to end &
· Practices to be further developed

That is what makes our students do better, and that's what makes us develop as teachers, too.
